Open the canonical public URL and distinguish creator submissions from discoveries.

Rights
Record the creator, rights basis, attribution needs, and whether artwork bytes may be rehosted.

Format
Inspect recipe, manifest, atlas, dimensions, paths, checksums, and data-only boundaries.

Safety
Reject executables, hidden redirects, private data, unsupported compatibility claims, and unreviewed runtime steps.

Publish
Assign approved or source-linked status, link a public profile when available, and keep takedown reachable.
